	Diagnostic: Lymphome anaplasique régressif		Diagnosis: Primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma, regressing
	Arguments Infiltrat nodulaire dense, cohesif de grandes cellules Noyaux irreguliers, fortement nucléolés, cytoplasme éosinophile, abondant Lymphocytes réactionnels Plasmocytes, eosinophiles rares Variante: Lymphome anaplasique riche en neutrophiles (Nids de grdes cellules CD30+) Immunohistochimie: Marqueurs T et molecules cytotoxiques positifs CD30+ > 75% des cellules EMA-, ALK- Pronostic: Survie 90% à 5 ans, régression spontanée dans 10 à 40%		Dense nodular infiltrate, cohesive sheets of large cells Irregularly shaped nucleii with one or multiple nucleoli, abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm Small reactive lymphocytes Eosinophils, Plasma cells not prominent Variant: neutrophil rich or pyogenic ALCL (Clusters of CD30+ cells) IHC: T-cell associated markers and cytotoxic molecules CD30+ >75% of the cells EMA- , ALK- Prognosis: 5 y survival 90% , 10 to 40% spontaneous regression
