Métastase d'un carcinome neuro-endocrine peu différencié (anaplasique à petites cellules) d'origine pulmonaire. |

Metastasis of a poorly differenciated neuro-endocrine carcinoma (small cell), primary in lung. |

- Immunohistochimie:
- Marqueurs neuro-endocrines positifs (Synaptophysine, CD56)
- CK7, CDX2, CK20, PSA négatifs
- TTF1 positif.
Lesion pulmonaire de petite taille retrouvée à l'imagerie.
Remarque: Bienque le TTF1 est positif dans 90% des carcinomes à petites cellules du poumon, il est positif dans 40% des primitifs de la vessie voir (voir référence ci-dessous) |

- Immunohistochemistry:
- Positivity to neuroendocrine markers (Synaptophysine, CD56)
- CK7, CDX2, CK20, PSA negative
- TTF1 positive.
Lung lesion of a small size was detected on imaging.
Note: TTF1 is positive in 90% of lung small cell carcinoma, but it is expressed in 40% of primary neuroendocrine carcinoma of the urinary bladder (see reference below) |
