	Patient de 41 ans, se plaignant d'une induration non douloureuse du testicule. Marqueurs sérologiques négatifs.		41 yo patient, complaining of an indurated swelling of the testicle. No pain. Serologic markers negative.
	Orchidectomie.		Orchidectomy.

	Diagnostic proposé: Seminome massivement nécrosé.		Proposed diagnosis: Seminoma with massive necrosis.

	Large foyer de nécrose de coagulation. Délimitation par un épaississement fibro-inflammatoire resorptif, avec dépots de cristaux de cholestérol, et infiltrat de lipophages. Travées de cellules fantômatiques, délimitées par structures fibrovasculaire grêles, objectivés par la coloration des fibres de réticulines. Les cellules sont positives en immunohistochimie, à la PLAP, et s'accompagne d'un contingent lymphocytaire révélé par la LCA.		Large area of coagulative necrosis Surounded by a resoptive fibrous and inflammatory thickening, with lipid laden macrophages. Strands of necrotic ghost cells, supported by thin fibrovascular structures revealed by the reticulin stain. Cells are positive to PLAP in immunohistochemistry, and disclose a lymphoid component positive to LCA
