Skin biopsy
 
Screening view reflects the
absence of gross lesion of the skin.
 
High power discloses similar
pattern to the one observed in the muscle, and reveals atypical intra-vascular
cells.
 
 
These intravascular cells are
found scattered at different levels of the dermis and even in larger arteriolar
structures (below), more readily observed with the immunostains.
