Proposed Diagnosis:

Trichilemmal Cyst

Arguments:

• Smooth, yellowish, dome-shaped intradermal swellings, more common in females. In contrast to epidermoid cysts, they are characteristically devoid of a punctum
• layer(s) of small dark-staining basal cells
• squamous epithelium composed of pale keratinocytes,transform abruptly into solid eosinophilic-staining keratin without forming a granular cell layer.
